Hotel In Houston

Room was clean and spacious, and staff were there to check me in and out. Towels and toiletries provided.

Breakfast was only a cinnamon role and orange juice and there was nothing but one store nearby.

Did not know about breakfast. Location was great. Microwave smell like something was burning and roaches were inside the microwave. Couldn't keep nothing out for fear a roach would enter. Management were nice.

Felt safe at this hotel considering the area

Staff was super nice. We checked in during the night. I was grumpy but staff was still cheerful. They were helpful and polite.

Nice bed and good tv channels. The room had a mini couch

The staff which are the owners were rude and the when i returned again to visit again I reserved the room then when I got there the man insisted he didnt havent an available room and I booked it a week in advance they were so rude

Nothing the staff was rude and disrespectful

However, the woman that checked me in the previous evening was extremely courteous and made sure without even asking that I got a handicap accessible room on the first floor because I was in crutches. They also provided complimentary toothbrushes which I thought was a very nice touch.
